Verify the travellers destination/destinations, and, if the rental covers different season/rate periods, the destinations and dates.
Verify the features of the required vehicle category, pick up and return dates, times and locations.
Make sure that the reserved car belongs to the required category.
If you reserve for a certain number of passengers, pay attention to the vehicle´s capacity.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding the rental. You can call us or send us an e-mail and we will resolve your problem as soon as possible.                                                        

Enter username and password that have been previously assigned to you by e-mail. This password is valid for 10 days after first login and can be modified anytime in the section "My Account".

If your agency is not registered, please send us an e-mail to agencies@codigo-id.com to apply for access, indicating your company´s name and contact partner.
