ADDITIONAL DRIVER: 8.30 /day, maximum 72 /rental
YOUNG DRIVER SURCHARGE: 16.50 /day, maximum charge: 160 /rental (charged to drivers aged under 25 years)
BABY/CHILD SEAT: 10.30 /day - maximum 72 /rental
GPS: 13.40 /day, maximum 200 /rental
ONE WAY RENTALS: no extra charge.
OUT OF HOUR ARRIVALS: 47.40 /service
FUEL: vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as the tank had at time of pick up, otherwise a surcharge of 16.80 + missing petrol applies.
DIESEL CARS: surcharge 4.40 /rental
GENERAL INFORMATION
MINIMUM DRIVER'S AGE: 21 years groups EBMR, EDMR, CCMR, CDMR, CDAR, IWMR, IWAR, IVAR - 25 years PDMR - 23 years all other groups
LICENCE REQUIREMENTS: Non-Roman script licenses must have an International license & their license from country of domicile. All drivers must have held their full license for a minimum of two (2) years.
PAYMENT & DEPOSIT: only credit cards are accepted, NO debit cards. A deposit will be blocked on the credit card during the rental.
DAMAGE ADMINISTRATION FEE: 30 /accident
ASSISTANCE ADMIN FEE: 80 /event
Additional information:
MODIFICATION / CANCELLATIONPlease send us an email at least 48 hours before pick up to reservations@codigo-id.com, indicating your booking reference number (CI-.....).
Cancellation fee: 5% of the rental price
Modifications are free of charge. In case your modification request increases the rental rate (e.g. extend rental duration, upgrade car category...), your credit card will be charged with the difference once the modification has been confirmed by our partner.
Modifications or cancellations can be realized directly on our website.
Any modifications or cancellation have to be realized BEFORE the rental starts. There will be no refund for unused rental days.
In case of modifications "last minute" (e.g. pick up time due to flight delay), please contact the pick up office directly by phone. You have received the contact details by e-mail, together with the voucher.
PICK UP REQUIREMENTS
Voucher, valid driving license, Id or passport and credit card on driver΄s name.

Not satisfied with the rental? Please contact us in written form (email: nicole@codigo-id.com or fax: +34 952 057 241), indicating your booking reference number (CI-.....) and describing the incidence briefly. We will contact our partner ASAP to resolve any problem quickly.
The prices indicated in the rental terms and conditions are valid except for typing error/The correction of mistakes due to typing or calculation errors is reserved.
