PICK UP BARCELONA AIRPORT T1
For passengers arriving at Terminal 1: After leaving the security zone, you will find yourself on the 2nd floor of Terminal 1. In front of you, you will see the café “Caffé Di Fiore”, pass by on it’s right side. You will see signs indicating the entrances to the car parkings D, C and F, take the exit for parking D. You will find a Victoria Rent a Car van with the red logo at the blue area of parking D, at parking lot Nº 306 (It is located 7 metres in front of the parking’s pedestrian entrance).
PICK UP BARCELONA AIRPORT T2
For passengers arriving at Terminal 2: After claiming your luggage, continue to the exit of Terminal B. Outside please cross the street by the pedestrian crossing, you will pass 3 big flagpoles, and keep straight on till the end of the pedestrian crossing. Our meeting point is inside the car park B1, where you will find a vehicle with the Victoria RENT A CAR logo on it and our representatives waiting for you.

THE RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE (to be purchased on arrival; amounts stipulated below do not include VAT 16%):
The insurance does not cover flat tyres, damages in wheels, tyres, window glasses or lower parts and inside of the vehicle, improper refuelling, loss/damage of car keys, burns, personal objects inside the vehicle
SUPER INSURANCE: 20 €/rental
Covers flat tyres, damages to the wheels, tyres or lower parts of the vehicle, inside of the car and window glasses.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER: 4 €/day - 28 €/rental
BABY/BOOSTER SEATS: 3 €/day - 21 €/rental
GPS: 6 €/day - 42 €/rental
SNOW CHAINS: 6 €/day - 42 €/rental
OUT OF HOURS: 30 €/service (applies from 22:00 - 07:00h)
ONE WAY: 150 € between VICTORIA CARS offices
FUEL: between 41 € and 110 €, depending on vehicle size.
Fuel will be charged at time of pick up, cars to be returned as empty as possible.
GENERAL INFORMATION
MINIMUM AGE: 24 years
MAXIMUM AGE: 75 years
MINIMUM DRIVING LICENCE: 2 years
CROSS BORDER: 10 €/day extra insurance
Only possible for rentals starting in Barcelona, minimum rental period: 3 days. Cars can be taken to Andorra and South of France.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT: only by credit card, NO DEBIT CARDS accepted. The deposit will be blocked on the card during the rental period.
PICK UP OF THE VEHICLE
To complete the contract and make a quick delivery please have your passport, driving license (ORIGINAL) and credit card (NOT debit) ready.

To complete the contract and to make a quick delivery please hold your passport, driving license (ORIGINAL) and credit card (NOT debit) ready.
Please ensure that you have provided us the correct flight number, your travel mobile number and the time of arrival. In event of delay our staff will meet you accordingly.

MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION
Please send us an email at least 48 hours before pick up to reservations@codigo-id.com, indicating your booking reference number (CI-.....).
Cancellation fee: 5% of the rental price
Modifications are free of charge. In case your modification request increases the rental rate (e.g. extend rental duration, upgrade car category...), your credit card will be charged with the difference once the modification has been confirmed by our partner.
Modifications or cancellations can be realized directly on our website.
Any modifications or cancellation have to be realized BEFORE the rental starts. There will be no refund for unused rental days.
In case of modifications "last minute" (e.g. pick up time due to flight delay), please contact the pick up office directly by phone. You have received the contact details by e-mail, together with the voucher.
PICK UP REQUIREMENTS
Voucher, valid driving license, Id or passport and credit card on driver´s name.
COMPLAINT
Not satisfied with the rental? Please contact us in written form (email: nicole@codigo-id.com or fax: +34 952 057 241), indicating your booking reference number (CI-.....) and describing the incidence briefly. We will contact our partner ASAP to resolve any problem quickly.

The prices indicated in the rental terms and conditions are valid except for typing error/The correction of mistakes due to typing or calculation errors is reserved.
