CROSS BORDER: Not allowed into the following countries: Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece, Northern Africa, Romania, Russia, Serbia and Montenegro, Turkey, Ukraine, Belarus.
Cross border rentals with Mercedes, BMW, VW, Audi, Porsche as well as Jeeps/Offroaders are not allowed into Estonia, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary (exception: trucks, vans/minibuses).
It is not allowed to ship the rental car by ferry.
PAYMENT / DEPOSIT: Only by credit card, no debit cards accepted. 2 credit cards for the following cars: Mercedes-Benz E-Class/S-Class/SLK/CLK/ML, BMW 5-Series/Z4/3-Series, BMW 6/7 series, Convertible/X3/X5; Sixt will obtain an approval of 2600 - 4000 per credit card.
SEVILLA AIRPORT PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS
1. After taking your luggage exit the baggage claim area into the arrivals hall. Ignore the counters of the other car rental companies.
2. Take the elevator up to departures level.
3. Exit the departures hall and turn right.
4. Walk to the end of the covered terminal building where the bus stop is located.
5. Wait for the orange Sixt bus which is frequently circulating between the Sixt office and the airport terminal.
6. If you have any doubt or if you cannot find the bus stop, please call us at +34 902 108 397.
At Sevilla Airport, it is not possible to return vehicles out of office hours. Office hours are from 8:00 - 23:00.
Additional information:
MODIFICATION / CANCELLATIONPlease send us an email at least 48 hours before pick up to reservations@codigo-id.com, indicating your booking reference number (CI-.....).
Cancellation fee: 5% of the rental price
Modifications are free of charge. In case your modification request increases the rental rate (e.g. extend rental duration, upgrade car category...), your credit card will be charged with the difference once the modification has been confirmed by our partner.
Modifications or cancellations can be realized directly on our website.
Any modifications or cancellation have to be realized BEFORE the rental starts. There will be no refund for unused rental days.
In case of modifications "last minute" (e.g. pick up time due to flight delay), please contact the pick up office directly by phone. You have received the contact details by e-mail, together with the voucher.
PICK UP REQUIREMENTS
Voucher, valid driving license, Id or passport and credit card on driver΄s name.

Not satisfied with the rental? Please contact us in written form (email: nicole@codigo-id.com or fax: +34 952 057 241), indicating your booking reference number (CI-.....) and describing the incidence briefly. We will contact our partner ASAP to resolve any problem quickly.
The prices indicated in the rental terms and conditions are valid except for typing error/The correction of mistakes due to typing or calculation errors is reserved.
