ADDITIONAL DRIVER: 9 €/week
BABY/CHILD SEAT: 3 €/day, max.: 36 €/rental
OUT OF HOUR: 20 € (midnight to 7:00h), only possible at Alicante and Murcia airports
ONE WAY RENTALS: 35 €. Not available for car groups G1 - I
FUEL: 60 € - 130 €, depending on car group. Pick up full - return empty
ADDITIONAL INSURANCE: 1-5 days: 20 €/rental, 6+ days: 4€/day, maximum charge: 60 €/rental. Insurance cover for wheels, tyres, undercarriage, windows, inadequate refuelling, traffic fines and loss of keys.

MINIMUM AGE: 21 years
MAXIMUM AGE: 79 years
Drivers aged 71 - 79 years: the following excess charges apply in case of damage to the car: 300 € groups A, A1, B, D - 500 € groups C, E, F1, F2, F3, F4 - 4700 € groups G1, I
DRIVER LICENCE PERIOD: 1 year minimum
CROSS BORDER: cars may not leave Spain.
PAYMENT & DEPOSIT: only possible by CREDIT card, no DEBIT cards. A deposit of 300 € will be blocked on the credit card during the rental if the additional insurance is not taken.
VALENCIA AIRPORT
Arrival: On arrival at Valencia make your way to the arrivals hall and go upstairs to the Departure Hall. Go through the exit doors and just to your right you will see a parking area with a sign that says “Meeting Point”. Please wait here for the Centauro courtesy bus that will take you to the office situated just 5 minutes away from the airport terminal.

Departure: Vehicles must be returned to the Centauro car park and then you will taken to the Departure hall by courtesy bus. On arrival you will given more specific details and a map of the area.
MALAGA AIRPORT
Arrival: You will be met at the arrivals hall (TERMINAL 2) by a Centauro representative. If you cannot locate our member of staff, make your way to the first floor (departures) and go outside the building and wait by the large clock where our shuttle bus will pass for collection. MODIFICATION / CANCELLATIONPlease send us an email at least 48 hours before pick up to reservations@codigo-id.com, indicating your booking reference number (CI-.....).
Cancellation fee: 5% of the rental price
Modifications are free of charge. In case your modification request increases the rental rate (e.g. extend rental duration, upgrade car category...), your credit card will be charged with the difference once the modification has been confirmed by our partner.
Modifications or cancellations can be realized directly on our website.
Any modifications or cancellation have to be realized BEFORE the rental starts. There will be no refund for unused rental days.
In case of modifications "last minute" (e.g. pick up time due to flight delay), please contact the pick up office directly by phone. You have received the contact details by e-mail, together with the voucher.
PICK UP REQUIREMENTS
Voucher, valid driving license, Id or passport and credit card on driver´s name.

Not satisfied with the rental? Please contact us in written form (email: nicole@codigo-id.com or fax: +34 952 057 241), indicating your booking reference number (CI-.....) and describing the incidence briefly. We will contact our partner ASAP to resolve any problem quickly.
The prices indicated in the rental terms and conditions are valid except for typing error/The correction of mistakes due to typing or calculation errors is reserved.
